Presentation Description:

Using the attendee’s information about their own companies, we discuss each component of their company and build a mock company business plan based on their data. I encourage real information and encourage attendees to take a picture of our completed work. Each person will walk out of the presentation with a working business plan to implement and understand a process they can repeat year after year.

Elevator Pitch

Most contractors do not have a business plan. Thus they have no plan for growth, nor do they know how to analyze their past performance, no unit of measure. I have broken down a business plan into six easy steps, covering everything you do in your company in simple easy to remember acronym; MOPEDS. You create this with your key people, learn how to implement the plan, and follow up accountability, starting with yourself. Marketing|Owner|Production|Education|Design|Sales
