If you are not happy with the service, the location, the room, or the material presented, say so by Sunday midnight after the first In-Person Weekend, and you can end our agreement. However, we have extended a lot of expense to get us to this point, thus, we are going to return a portion of the un-used funds and will do so, no later than the following Tuesday via direct bank transfer (the same way you paid.) Notification must be received via email by Sunday, midnight CST.
Choosing to end our agreement, will end any further activities with us for duration of this Year-Long Business Rehab. Additionally, no hard feelings, I would like to know why you decided the Year-Long Business Rehab is not a fit for you. I truly want to know, I want to learn to make it better for others in the future.
The total refund for The Owner will be 80%.
The total refund for The Partner (second Owner) will be 66-2/3% (because of the already discounted rate.)
The total refund for Key Person be 80%.
Deposits are fully refundable up to 75 days prior to the event start date. After, they are applied to next years event and are not refundable. Transfers are only issued upon written approval.
This constitutes our refund policy in full. No extensions or exceptions.
