If you are unhappy with the service, location, room, or material presented, please notify me in writing via email by Sunday 10 PM CST after the first in-person weekend, to end our agreement. Since we have extended a lot of expense to provide two nights lodging at the Hyatt, a reception, breakfast, lunch, snacks, entertainment, as well as a full weekend of education get us to this point, only a portion of the funds will be returned. The funds will be returned no later than the following Tuesday via direct bank transfer.
Opting to end our agreement, will end any further activities with us for the duration of this Year-Long Business Rehab.
The total funds returned for The Owner will be 80% of the purchase.
The total funds returned for The Partner (second Owner) will be 66-2/3% (because of the already discounted rate.)
The total funds returned for the Key Person be 80%.
Deposits are fully refundable up to 60 days prior to the event start date. After, they are applied to next years event and are not refundable. Transfers are only issued upon written approval.
This constitutes our refund policy in full. No extensions or exceptions.
